Quirky Wedding Fair 2025

In September we were asked to be a part of The Quirky Wedding Fair at the beautiful Yogurt Rooms in East Grinstead. Vibrant colours were chosen to surround our light up numbers to provide the centrepiece for the event. We also created a fun hoop display with hanging light up hearts. Our feature lighting created a romantic backdrop!

We were thrilled to be asked back by the Queen Victoria Hospital Charity for their Star Awards 2025. This year we provided our silver shimmer wall again, with our 4ft light up numbers, but changed the colour scheme to blue, gold and yellow. We think this display certainly brought the wow factor to the grand ballroom at The Felbridge Hotel.

We love to support charities and were honoured to be asked to create a display for an event at the Haven Centre in Crawley Down in aid of Mind UK. Green and gold balloons were requested to match the other decor and we included a special ribbon made out of balloons to hang in the centre of the hoop.

OLQOH Summer Fete

It’s always fun taking our Bubble House to school fairs! We love meeting new people and seeing the children (and adults!) enjoying a new inflatable. Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Primary School in Crawley, West Sussex, asked if we would attend their Summer Fete and of course we were delighted to! A fun and vibrant rainbow balloon garland surrounded the tunnel entrance and our catch the golden balloon and win a prize game went down a treat with the children!

QVH Star Awards

We were honoured to be asked to provide our stunning silver sequin shimmer wall and create a balloon display for the Queen Victoria Hospital‘s Star Awards evening at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Felbridge, East Grinstead. Beautiful blues, silver and hot pink starburst balloons created a vibrant display to match the colour scheme for the evening. We also provided LED lighting, which was placed around the room and on the stage to enhance the atmosphere and look of the room. Our gorgeous 4ft LED numbers also made an appearance, which are always a great addition to any event! It was a privilege to be a part of an amazing evening and we hope all those that attended had a fabulous time!

Year 6 - Leaver’s Party

Prom season is always an exciting time of year and we were thrilled to be able to create a display for The Meads School year 6 leaver’s party at the beautiful East Court Mansion in East Grinstead. Stunning mirror gold and red balloons surrounded our 4ft LED numbers, which were placed infront of our black star cloth. We hope all the year 6’s had a wonderful evening and we wish you all the best on your new adventures!

A stylish and sophisticated cocktail party for a 40th birthday pushed our creative and technical skills to a new level! Showcasing our brand new 4x4m party marquee, star cloth and lighting effects, this setup gave our client the perfect party room to extend their internal space into the garden. A beautiful centre piece display was then created in mirror gold, purple and black balloons around our 4ft light up numbers to match the theme of the event. Matching balloon garlands to frame the room brought the theme inside towards a custom hanging illuminated balloon feature in a sky lantern. We also created a cocktail bar with neon signs and uplighting around the venue.

The Mayor’s Barn Dance - QVH Charity

We were thrilled to be a part of The Mayor’s Barn Dance fundraiser for the Queen Victoria Hospital. We had an amazing time creating this stunning photo backdrop, adding the wow factor for guests entering the venue! Our silver shimmer wall and cowboy themed display added that extra special touch to the event. Our beautiful light up table centrepieces then provided the finishing touch to the wonderfully decorated tables, extending the theme into the dance hall. We were so glad to be part of such a incredible evening for a great cause! @qvhcharity

We were delighted to work with @the.disruptive.gallery digital art gallery for their exclusive opening launch party in Notting Hill. We created several feature balloon displays to welcome guests and artists from around the world, guiding them through the building up to the gallery entrance. Embracing a minimalist colour scheme of white and black, we curated a collection of subtle yet sophisticated patterns to enhance the ambiance of the event.

What an amazing weekend! We created three different displays for local venues to celebrate the King’s Coronation. Creative balloon garlands in red white and blue to frame a pub decking area, giving guests a vibrant welcome during the weekend. We also designed three signature arches in a more formal spiral balloon style, with the addition of mirror gold and large foil crowns to give the ultimate wow factor. Finally we created a show stopping display at a local nursery for their King’s & Queen’s day with all the bells and whistles!

4th Birthday - Frozen Theme

This stunning balloon display features our 6x10ft silver sequin wall, large foil accent balloons and white glitter snowflakes for the final touch. We used a combination of matt, satin and mirror finish balloons to bring a gorgeous pallet of colours into this frozen themed party. Lastly we added a splash of light with our LED up-lighting tucked into the display.

Hulk balloons, superman balloon display.

A super celebration with our superhero balloons! We designed this custom 20ft balloon arch for Oscar's 4th birthday, who is a huge fan of all things superhero. To ensure that we captured all of his favourite characters, we created colour themes for Spiderman, The Incredible Hulk, Superman, and Batman. Taking this display to the next level, we used our spectacular 36” Spiderman Airwalker and Batman Airwalker balloons to allow for some fantastic photos with Oscar’s guests.

Custom colour combo! Our client requested oranges and greens to match her fiancés favourite colours, we added in accents of neon green and mirror copper to deliver this totally unique theme. We then added the finishing touches with forest green foliage and our cool white neon ‘Forty’ sign. After a blustery setup, the skies cleared for a beautiful outdoor party.

At a recent baby shower party, we had the pleasure of creating a stunning balloon display using a white, gold, and pink theme. To add an extra touch of elegance, we incorporated illuminated foliage wrap to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also provided balloon-filled boxes that spelled out "BABY" and matching table centrepieces, all of which were carefully crafted to fit seamlessly into the overall design. The end result was a display that captured the essence of the occasion and left a very happy client. We even had time to add a matching garland over the entrance door.

70th Birthday - Signature Ring Display

We recently had the privilege of creating a stunning display for a surprise 70th birthday party. We created a 2.2m ring display in shades of purple and gold that was the focal point of the celebration. We also provided illuminated table centrepieces with matching balloons that added a touch of sophistication to the overall design. To personalise the event, we used our white easel with custom vinyl text to display a heartfelt birthday message, which we wrapped in foliage to create a natural, organic feel. We also supplied LED up-lighting throughout the venue.

We had the pleasure of working with a delightful couple who celebrated their 40th and 70th birthdays in style with an intimate dinner party for their closest friends and family. To add a touch of luxury to the occasion, we created a black and gold theme that was both elegant and sophisticated. We also crafted a personalised easel display with illuminated foliage wrap to greet their guests, setting the tone for the evening. It was a true pleasure to be a part of this special event and to help create memories that will last a lifetime.

Joint 6th Birthday - Pirates & Mermaids!

We had so much fun creating this pirate and mermaid themed balloon display for a pair of very excited 6-year-olds who were celebrating their birthdays together! The display used our fully controllable LED ring segment to create some stunning light show effects, totally unique to Create The Sparkle. The mermaid section featured an array of pastel balloons in shades of blue, pink, lilac and green, while the pirate section was decorated with bold black, red, and gold balloons. We even incorporated foil sharks and seahorses for that extra personalisation.
